Annual Reports & Financials

Accountability is at the heart of everything we do. We publish annual reports and financial summaries so that our donors, partners, and the public can see exactly how we use the resources entrusted to us.

Our Reports

Each fiscal year (April 1 – March 31), we prepare a comprehensive activity report that documents our programs, partnerships, impact, and plans for the year ahead. These reports are reviewed and approved by our Board of Directors and are available for public download below.

Key Partnerships

Our inaugural year was made possible through strong collaborations with institutions across the Greater Vancouver Area who share our commitment to accessible digital education.

Vancouver Public Library

Our most significant partnership — 5 workshops hosted across the Mount Pleasant Branch and Central Library, reaching 37 participants with hands-on website development training.

Canada Service Corps & Latinocouver

Strategic partnership serving the Latino community in Vancouver through 3 culturally relevant digital skills workshops, including our first Spanish-language online session reaching 20 participants.

Cornerstone College

Educational institution partnership delivering specialized web development training to 9 students, focused on advanced techniques and practical portfolio building.

Financial Stewardship

We are committed to responsible stewardship of every dollar we receive. Our volunteer-driven model and strategic partnerships allow us to maximize the impact of charitable resources while maintaining operational sustainability.

Program-First Allocation

The majority of our funding goes directly to program delivery — workshop materials, venue costs, and participant resources. We target directing 85% of funds to programs.

Volunteer-Driven Model

Our facilitators and staff contribute their expertise on a volunteer basis, keeping overhead costs low and ensuring donations translate directly into community impact.

T3010 Filing

Our annual Registered Charity Information Return is filed with the CRA each year and is available for public review through the Canada Revenue Agency's charity listings.

Public Accountability

We are incorporated under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act and headquartered in Vancouver, BC. Our bylaws, articles of incorporation, and governance policies are available upon request.
